At the time of making funeral arrangements we will discuss with you all of the options for the final resting place for your loved ones remains.
Committing your loved ones remains does not have to take place immediately after the funeral and service. We believe that this should be done when the family feels ready.
We will collect the cremated remains from the crematorium and care for them in our chapel until you reach your decision.
There are many options available. Some are scattered at the Crematorium in the Garden of Remembrance, or they may be interred in either a new grave or re-open an existing family grave in a churchyard or cemetery.
You may wish to scatter them in a place that was special to your loved one, or simply keep them at home with you. More modern ideas are to have the cremated remains made into jewellery or stored in decorative vases.
We are here to help you make the right decision for you. Please do not hesitate to call our Maldon office on 01621 854 293 or Southminster office on 01621 774 557 to discuss your options in more detail.
