As an Independent Funeral Director, Bakers Funerals can provide a totally bespoke funeral for your loved one.
The package below enables you to choose the coffin you would like, the location you would like the cortege journey to start (whether it be from their home or another place they loved) and limousines for your family. You may even choose a horse drawn carriage to lead the cortege journey.

- Taking care of the necessary legal and administrative arrangements. We are available 24 hours a day to provide guidance and support.
- Collecting and transporting the deceased person from the place of death (within 15 miles of our premises, within our opening hours) into our care
- Care of the deceased person before the deceased person before the funeral in appropriate facilities. The deceased person will be kept at our chapel of rest on Eves Corner, Danbury
- At a date and time you choose, we will transport your loved one from your chosen place for the procession to start, to the agreed cemetery or crematorium (normally within 15 miles of Danbury). Your loved one will always be transported in our Mercedes Benz Hearse. If you choose to use a horse drawn carriage, we will always follow in our hearse in case it is needed. 4 Bearers will be provided.
